The brains behind everyone's new favourite lifestyle brand, House Of Hackney have just released the first images of their Ready to Wear collection with Opening Ceremony. It make's me proud to say I am friends with Frieda and Javvy who have created this amazing luxe brand, and I have already told them I can't wait to roll around on my Dalston Rose, in Dalston Rose (As you can see above, I like to spend a lot of time in my Dalston Rose bedding).
It drops early December and will be available through the HOH and OC sites.
Check them out here.
Last night dreams were answered.
I spent the evening watching Beats, Rhymes and Life : The Travels of A Tribe Called Quest, which is the documentary on the group that came out this year, and then it was followed by a set from Phife Dawg.
I had already watched the film, but it was better second time around, especially being surrounded by 1500 more Tribe fans.
Phife was on point. It was so good, I can't even explain it. I've seen Q-Tip at a festival, but seeing Phife in such a small venue was just a dream for me.

Thinking back to the 90s and when alternative pop culture was heavily inspired by magazines such as The Face and NME, Sitting Pretty is the latest flash trend to hit down at Topshop.
Indie girls such as PJ Harvey and Karen O have inspired the naive palette and prints of unicorns, leopard and heart motifs. Get yourselves down to the Oxford Street store and pick yourself up a little treat. It's selling out fast.
